Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — one of the most rigorously researched approaches in couples work — we go underneath the argument to what's actually driving it. The pursuer and the withdrawer. The longing and the shutdown. The love that's still there, buried under years of hurt and misattunement.

EFT isn't about better communication techniques. It's about helping you actually reach each other again — and feel it.
